This was the best buying experience of several retailers I have made buys. Very easy, prompt, and kept informed. I wish only that I had asked if I had a choice of the two guitars available at the two different stores. I purchased the new Taylor mahogany auditorium model.
I usually don’t do reviews, but in this case I thought differently. I saw a beautiful guitar online and George’s had it in stock. An Ibenez Talman in ivory. So I figured why not try them. Well I placed my order. Within minutes I had a confirmation email with all the details.
They called me about a week after I purchased my first guitar and asked me how I was liking it and if I had any questions. Then when I purchased a gig bag they called me and asked if it fit and if there were any issues with it. I’ve NEVER had a business do that besides showing so much care for me as a customer.
