Needs work. Especially workers. REVISED** Since my visit over a year ago things have change. Customer service has improved. The old man shows himself a lot more than before (wasn't around when I would go by over a year ago), prices are low on products, old man helps the best he can.
I enjoy popping in here to look for deals. The ol man is funny and kind. They have a great selection of jewelry. This place is a good supporter of our local community too.
Had a great experience when I needed to get rid of some old jewelry. They were very friendly and helpful. The older gentleman was very nice and had a great attitude the whole time. They checked every piece of jewelry I had and gave me a great deal. Definitely recommend instead of driving to CC.
I have done business with many pawn shops and this one by far is my most favorite! They are family owned and care about their customers! Will always do my business here! Thank you for being amazing!!!
Selling or trading gear at Gold-N-Things
Gold-N-Things comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
