Stopped by just to browse. Was possibly considering picking up a used or 3/4 guitar for my 8 yr old daughter and I to play around with while in town visiting Ohana. The “above and beyond” customer service, friendliness and product knowledge encouraged me to buy on the spot!
These guys really are good. Hiko helped me find the perfect ukulele at half the price of Waikiki shops, and we had lots of fun looking at the great collection of old and new instruments and amps for sale. It's a comfortable old-style music store and they really know their stuff.
I popped into Goodguys music one afternoon and had a great conversation with the staff. They were knowledgeable and friendly. The guitar selection was varied between new and used, high end and affordable, common brands and unique ones. I love stopping in local music stores and Goodguys showed me why.
Would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend. Outstanding customer service. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly even to those who are total beginners. Recommended by my daughter's guitar teacher and we were not disappointed. They don't try and oversell you. Lots of free parking behind the store.
