Great Bay Guitar Repair

I brought my 1968 Gibson acoustic to Jonathan to have some serious repair work done on the neck and headstock including finish work and new frets. He also changed out the strap screw with a cable plug for my sound hole pickup. I am very happy with the job he did. Very professional work.

I have a luthier built acoustic that I'm usually pretty cautious about giving to people to do any work on. Jon set it up beautifully and according to my particular specs. He also gave me things to keep an eye on in the future as far as faults that may occur for my specific build.

Jon helped me build a custom telecaster a little while back and I had an incredible experience working with him. He was able to distill everything I was hearing in my head down into the perfect guitar for me. I haven’t touched anything other than this one since Jon built it. Highly recommended.

Jon is a great guy, willing to work with anyone who has a guitar. I don't think I will go anywhere else in the area now that I have found an amazing store and repair shop. He will get you what you need in a timely manner and I promise you won't be disappointed.
