Kevin, has been incredibly kind to me. I had a Taylor Guitar which needed a Setup by a master. I took the Guitar to Great Southern Music and in just a few days Kevin phoned to inform me it was ready. I could not believe the difference in my Guitar!
I’ve been actively going to Great Southern Music since last September and it has been my favorite music shop I’ve ever been to. It’s not vast amount of inventory they have, but Kevin and Gary have been the kindest and most genuine people I’ve met in this business. It kept me coming back and giving them my business.
Great Southern Music does excellent work with fast turnaround. They recently did some repair work on my Martin as well as a full setup. They were super friendly, honest, transparent, and completed the work in the time quoted (two weeks, which is very fast for the work they did). My Martin has never played better.
These guys are great. I went there in a little bit of emergency. They fixed me right up. Family owned and operated. Great father and son shop. I have know the dad for a little while and he reopened this shop on hammerly his repairs and set up are well worth the time and money. Thank you all Terry Davenport
