I have never bought a guitar on line before. I was especially wary of spending as much as the used Martin M-36 that Greenfield Music Center had listed on their website. I made contact with Tony who described the guitar, plus offered a 10 day no questions asked return.
The owner really cares about what service you get and stands behind what you paid for. Everyone is very friendly and offers you amazing service. They offer all essential needs such as strings, picks, amps and pedals.
My new go-to place to take care of my musical instruments... they fixed my J-Bass that had a bow neck and now it intonates perfectly!!! I was expecting a hefty bill (like on those mega-music stores) and to my surprise the quality work they did was very, very affordable.
Both of my children have taken guitar lessons here. My son has really taken to it, and is on his second electric. Staff is friendly and helpful, walked two parents without a clue on guitars through the process of selecting and setting up lessons. Large selection of equipment, and have expanded their parking.
