He has helped my three children with instrument rentals, purchases, repairs, and lessons for all my years in Greenwich. His staff is wonderful and are always happy to help. Please don't overthink this one...
Amazing shop to work with. Ordered an Epiphone from Greenwich, not the most expensive instrument. FedEx had issues with delivery. Despite this not being a high ticket item, Joe worked with me for over a week to make sure I was taken care of and the guitar was delivered.
We have had nothing but an amazing experience with Greenwich Music. We have used their services for: purchasing music and various instruments, repair and maintenance of instruments, restringing and providing years of wonderful flute lessons with Andrew.
