Sapp is a wonderful shop ! Their rental instruments are very high quality. Even if you are far away, renting from Sapp is worth the drive. When it's time to purchase an instrument, they always have a great selection. The customer service is second to none.
A long overdue review: We are extremely fortunate to have a luthier of Greg's caliber in the suburbs! Normally one has to go downtown for his level of expertise. I trust him for any major or minor repairs on my fine instrument.

This place is my diamond in the rough. Any repair I've needed or instrument issue I've needed addressed. Whether it be strings, cases or even a soft appraisal this shop is well equipped and accommodating. The new Batavia location is conveniently close to home and not difficult to find.
