Walking into this store was magical, from the art covering the building to the buzz of a well oiled machine on the inside. The walls were lined with new and well loved guitars at many price points and ALL were welcomed to try them out.
Gruhns has been a Nashville fixture every since I can remember. This was my first visit to the new location since I haven't been in Nashville in a while. They have an impressive collection of acoustic and electric guitars as well as other instruments.
I finally stopped in after driving by for years and left with a stunning Tacoma Chief C3C that I think I’ll have to be buried with when I die like an old pharaoh. The showroom is incredible and any guitarist regardless of skill or renown will feel like a kid in a candy store.
So, I'm not a guitar guy, and might not have stopped here if another in our group wasn't an excellent musician, but I'm very glad we did. This is a fantastic place to see both new and vintage guitars and has a kind and knowledgeable staff. Mr. Gruhn himself checked us out, and was very solicitous and friendly.
