I want to thank Jerry for his fairness in the way he conducted business with me. I had to sell a prized Strat. It was a guitar that has a lot of history and meant a lot to me. He didn't try to low-ball me and offered me a fair price. I will definitely do more business with Jerry and send business his way.

Jerry is an absolute gem, and anyone who negatively reviews this place just hasn't taken the time or care to connect with him. No, he's not going to do a song and dance when you walk in the door. But he is a kind and caring man running a much needed business, with integrity.
Came here because of the good reviews and I'm glad I did. Was looking for a basic distortion pedal for my nephew and Jerry, the owner, first asked me some questions about my nephew's setup and then told me that maybe I shouldn't get one yet since a lot of amps have distortion already and should get comfortable first…
