From the reviews
Update 1 year later - Mark just performed a setup for my new Taylor 814ce Sinker Redwood/Honduran Rosewood Builders Edition guitar. Let me tell you that this guitar felt flawless when I bought it, but somehow Mark took an already-near perfect guitar and made it feel better to play.
I brought Mark my 1950 Gibson L-50 that I was gifted a few years back. The guitar is in great shape for its age, but it was in need of some love to get it sounding really great again and Mark has definitely gotten it back into tip-top shape.
I have been playing guitar for 40 years and I'm almost impossible to please when it comes to luthier work. I know precisely what I want... and it's non negotiable........ Mark delivers every time ! I needed refrets on several Les Pauls. So I decided to take my least favorite one to Mark and see what he could do.
Mark did a fantastic job doing a refret, fretboard leveling, and setup of my 1995 Gibson LP Classic! When I took it in, it was having major issues choking out on high bends, and I had to have the action so high as to be nearly unplayable to compensate. It now plays like a dream and at a very low action!
