I wanted to add this review due to the service we received thus far. Went in with my 11 year old this morning. She has a starter guitar that hasn’t seen much love over the years. Started taking lessons in school this year and wanted to get it restrung.
Rehearsal one week before gig and my Matin acoustic/electric went on the blitz. Battery light was flashing abnormally. Ran to the nearest place who could fix it who also did a great job on my new electric guitar set up.
I live an hour away from GuitarVilla. And I will always make the drive-up from where I live because I love their store and services. Everybody who works there are extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. John the owner is a very kind person who cares about his customers and their gear. Speaking of gear.
