“I, without a doubt, will bring all my basses and guitars to Jack in the future for set-ups, maintenance, repairs, etc.”

From the reviews
Jack is an absolute pro craftsman. A neck adjustment & fresh strings have my guitar sounding great. Highly recommend his work.
My Martin was in rough shape and needed a complete refret. Jack told me everything he was going to do and warned me about possible extra work that might be necessary, but ended up not needing. The work required some time which was fine and the price was very fair for the amount of work done.
I recently built a "Partscaster" that was giving me a bunch of different issues -- From tuning and intonation problems, to tonal problems with the pickups and electronics. Jack got that little beast singing like a beauty now... It's amazing how much better it feels and sounds!
A friend recommended Jack as an excellent luthier. I dropped off my prized guild handed down to me for my mother. The intonation was out, it needed frets and a new nut. I just picked it up today and was amazed at what he was able to do. He took a 40-year-old guitar and made it sound brand new.
