What a great guitar shop! We drove all the way from Pasadena at the recommendation of a friend to get my Martin repaired and adjusted. It was well worth the trip. I thought the pickup might be broken and the neck really needed a truss rod and action adjustment.
The epitome of a local guitar shop! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. An impressive collection of brands and type of instruments. Love that you can go hands on with some hard to find gear here. I could easily spend an afternoon there. Big collection of Larrivee Guitars in stock (always impressive instruments).
Really nice store. Very clean and well organized. Some really pretty guitars. Fender, Guild, G & L, and many more acoustic. Only gave it a 4 because I went in for a set of acoustic strings and after 15 minutes no one had helped me. Poor guy was by himself and was helping a customer look for some stuff on the internet.
I had the pleasure of meeting John today at the shop. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, but John helped guide me through the adventure of selecting the perfect guitar. He was patient and knowledgeable, allowing me to sample many different models in my prospective style and price point.
