Guitars San Diego is a must-visit if you’re a serious acoustic guitar enthusiast and considering a guitar investment. Tucked away in southern California, this store is a hidden gem. If you've ever bought a guitar from a large music store or a local shop, you need to meet Doug, the owner of Guitars San Diego.
I was looking to try a Laveree and found Doug on the internet. I stopped by his hard to find shop and spent a great hour with him sorting through guitars till we found one that fit my taste , needs and budget. Not a Laravee. The shop is sort of unusual as he down sized due to covid.
I’ve been in the market to upgrade my guitar for quite sometime, went to multiple shops in San Diego including Guitar center, and was quite discouraged. After walking into several Guitar shops in San Diego. I found Doug was the only person in SD that has any sort of real knowledge, and the only one not profiteering.
I was eyeing on my dream guitar for so long and Guitars San Diego had it. I hesitated to contact the shop at first because I wasn't 100% sure if I should buy a guitar through online (I never done it before). I am glad that I contacted him one day.
