Kevin provided wonderful customer service: Knowledgeable and professional with a friendly attitude. I came in to buy Bb Clarinet reeds and there were plenty brands and strengths available to choose from, including the specific brand I wanted. Kevin answered all my questions.
My son started Auto-Sax in his 6th grade and now he has been practicing for 6 years. H&H Music is such a great place for supporting his band performance! Particularly, senior Hector Lopez even recorded his explanation and instruction for us since we as parents know nothing about the instrument and limited in English.
Great experience here. The employee asked me questions about what I was looking to do with music. He asked a lot of discovery. He was attentive. He recommended a plug in recorder amp with preset beats of music where I can hook up various instruments and record in layers. I appreciated the service and recommendation.
Every time I go there, the staff is polite, professional, and proficient. I have had my trumpets cleaned and tuned up for a reasonable price. The last two minor adjustments to my trumpets (stuck spit valve, stuck tuning slide) were made very promptly, while I waited,with no charge.
