Every time I've dealt with the staff at this location it has been a good professional experience. However, Thursday I had to go get something my son needed for Friday football game and they said someone was there that could do what I needed done. When I drove over that person was no longer there.
Been going to this location for many years and we are about to pay off my daughter's viola after renting for over 6 years and changing size violas. She was always a small girl so she needed a very small viola which they had and as she grew we changed sizes easily.
I'm a professional saxophonist, and I've got to say how pleasant it is working with David S. in the repair shop here. Fantastic guy, terrific tech; he also goes beyond the norm to give assistance.
