I went in about a week ago looking for a new guitar, specifically an Ovation. And man was that the best experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman that helped me (I’m sorry I forgot your name) went above and beyond to make sure I got the guitar my heart was set on AND the new amp I wanted.
Best music store in Billings. Been doing business with Art and the crew here for about a decade and couldn’t have found a better place. Great service before and AFTER the sale, the selection is second to none, and the staff is the best.
We just want to say thank you from my daughter and I! My daughter needed someone incredibly patient and happy to show her various guitars and sounds and the lady who helped us was AMAZING! I wish I caught her name today.
They are the best, most affordable, fastest, and most accommodating place for getting instruments repaired. I needed a piccolo repaired last minute for a graduation gift and they truly went above and beyond. They have amazing customer service, amazing communication, and amazing craftsmanship.
