I started building kit guitars during the pandemic to stay sane. I really enjoy the process but found myself being disappointed with some of the component–especially the pickups. I found them to be muffled and muddy, or weak and thin.

My old Alvarez acoustic guitar that I've had for over 35 years needed a little help (to say the least). Playing it had become difficult due to the neck raising up and the bridge tipping down. This guitar has a lot of sentimental value, and I knew that repairs could exceed its value ($300).
Dan is the epitome of “highly skilled and highly passionate craftsman” - a rare and powerful combo. All of my expectations were blown out of the water with the guitar he made for me. Superb attention to detail. Personal touches everywhere. Plays like a dream, and sounds even better.
