I wanted to take a moment to shout out John Hart and his music store. We all know how tough the retail market is lately—especially with big brands like Fender shifting away from smaller shops.
I always leave satisfied after a visit to Hart's. Mr. Hart is knowledgeable and informative, not to mention he may be the nicest guy in Harrisburg. He has top notch accessories (strings, pickups, etc.) and a great selection of bigger items and instruments.
This place has it all. The owner is a very nice man who answers any questions you have,and has great prices. Quality stuff I just bought a Marshall guitar amp for my son he sells thing for the same price as you would pay for it online but no wait and a warranty. I advise any music lover to visit and talk with him.
I'm in town for work, and am always looking for that special project guitar. While I didn't find what would have been my taste, the owner was worth stopping in. The older gentleman that was there (the owner) is a treasure!
