We’ve had such a wonderful service at Heid un Green Bay . The staff has been incredibly helpful assisting my son as he explores different instruments, letting him try them out and never making him feel rushed. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and responsive.
I've worked with Matt Hayes on numerous occasions on a couple of my guitars new and old. From a small rewire all the way to a new truss-rod and a refret, I can always count on Matt to do an amazing job and handle my guitars with care! I can't recommend him enough!
Best music store in Green Bay, and it’s not even close. Quick story; I’ve been playing guitar for 14 years, I’ve always wanted an all solid wood Martin. Well, Ryan helped make that happen. I traded in 3 guitars and came home with a beautiful all solid wood Martin D15 and I couldn’t be happier.
