During the renovations of the building the tours were postponed. I happened to be traveling east toward the Kalamazoo area, and sent an email asking if on the off chance I could pop by and just see the historic site. I got a response back from Jeremy, stating that he could likely set it up.
A tour here is absolutely recommended for anyone interested in guitars. We got to see every part of the production, starting from thickness-planing the wood, through manually shaping the neck, routing the body and all the way to lacquering and buffing.
Some of the best guitars made today. While Gibson's quality goes down, the Heritage guitars just keep getting better and better. Some of the finest craftsman work here. I am a proud Heritage owner and it won't be my last!!!!
