Updated review from one week after my previous review (seen below) I was contacted by Ben( one of the store managers) and Joe (Store Owner) about the defecienccies on my bass. Joe & Ben personally apologiezed on behalf of the employee and Joe took my guitar and worked on it himself.
I went into this store 3 months ago as a total guitar newbie asking for advice to start learning how to play guitar. After 3 months of playing I now realize how fortunate I was to start at Hogtowne music. I love the guitar they set me up with. Since then I have looked on line at prices for that guitar.

As someone who has been an instrumentalist since i was 7 years old I have been to a countless number of guitar/instrument stores in my life. I have never been blown away by a service more than at hogtown.
