My name is Steve, this is my wife's Google account. But just yesterday I bought a charvel pro mod so cal. I went to three shops and tried many guitars. All the shops were great, no diss to them, but nothing felt trike the guitar. but when I felt this guitar I knew it was mine.
I took in a Little Martin that I picked up for a travel guitar. It had a minor neck issue, action was too high and the intonation was way off and it just needed some TLC. I dropped it off at Honeycutt and asked them to go through it and address any issues. Less than 24 hours later I had it back in hand.
Phenomenal service and a great atmosphere. My only regret is that I haven't got more gear for them to service, as they do a topnotch job every time. Danny serviced my bass last time and was happy to offer his insight into strings, action, and helped me pick out a very comfortable strap.
David is such a great guy, anytime i was in East TN, I always stop here and he is always happy to help and have a friendly convo while doing so. Impressive selection of new guitars, amps, effects, and stuff you've never even seen at negotiable prices.
