Went to pick up an online order yesterday (Hanford, ca - mall location 09/22) and two girls I've never seen before were working. Staff is always nice when we visit but these 2 girls were so friendly and carried on good conversation while I picked up my order.
Love taking my daughter and shopping at Hot Topic. The staff is always very friendly and helpful when I'm looking for certain items. The only reason for not giving 5 stars isn't Hot Topics fault, really, we just wish the store stayed open later at Hanford Mall.
Great customer service. For those that want to know covid updates, they do limit hurts in store and strict mask policy. Great selection of merchandise and the staff is extremely helpful.
The store was clean and organized. They didn't have what we wanted unfortunately and the staff didn't welcome us or ask I'd we needed help, but overall it was an okay location.
