Dennis and his repair shop went above and beyond to fix my son's Chicago Verus horn. Some abnormal damage had occurred while it was still under warranty so they sent a box with peanuts to us so we could ship it safely to them.
Our son broke a finger hook on his trumpet during a game Friday night. With competitions coming up the next couple weeks we were looking for a quick repair. We called and spoke to Ben who mentioned we could bring it in and he could take care of it quick.
