Bill is fantastic - had some great conversations over the phone, and purchased a new, very expensive horn from him. Unfortunately, it was damaged in shipping (through no fault of Bill's) - after seeing pictures, he immediately set up a repair through a trusted tech, who was able to restore it to 99% perfect.

Excellent, top notch service and quality. Beautiful instruments and accessories with knowledge staff. They also do great repairs.

My son played so many trumpets......this is definitely not Sam Ash. The owner was attentive without being invasive and really helped my son narrow down his choices to three. Then he played each in the practice room as long as he wanted. My son finally decided on a Sonare 900 series and he could not be happier.
