I have been bringing all of my instruments to these master craftsmen since relocating to the area in 1999 (while they were still at Musicians Repair & Supply) and I won't go anywhere else. They have gone over and above for me so many times it's almost embarassing.
Very friendly and knowledgeable team. I brought in my flute that hadn't been played in years, unsure of what repairs were needed. They talked me through my options and looked for the most cost-effective solution. I felt no pressure to spend more than necessary. Ultimately opted for a full re-pad because why not, right?
I counldnt be more pleased with the knowledge and kindness shown towards me from Eric Rush. Everytime I called with a question he was patient and explained the answer to my satisfaction. I would recommend this shop to all music enthusiasts. Thank you again Eric for a job well done!
