Most important thing in a music store is I can browse without someone hovering over my shoulder. They let you do that here. Asked if I needed help, and I said I was just looking. No pressure after that, I could look around with getting the evil eye from staff. Scoped out the guitars but wasn't ready to buy last week.
Huge shoutout to Justin B for the awesome service, he was a super solid friendly guy! Justin spent a great amount of time helping me look for the right amp based on my preferences. I recommend this place over guitar center any day!
This place used to be called Jim’s Music under the previous ownership, and the staff were friendlier and more helpful. The new staff wasn’t as much. So sad they have closed the store down, was my favorite local guitar shop.
They are so helpful! I have no idea how the prices compared to Amazon.... And I don't really care.... Because being able to walk in and get really helpful service and actually end up with something that I want and is useful....priceless.
