I had a great experience at International House of Music thanks to Jorge! My son plays the bajo and originally picked a color that wasn’t his first choice because the one he really wanted was out of stock.
I called the store late on a Friday night looking for a specific audio cord, and the staff was friendly over the phone to help me figure out exactly what I needed. They had the cord waiting for me at the front counter by the time I arrived and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I ordered a Jazzmaster online and was very happy with the speedy, professional, personable and accommodating customer service from George. Love the JM’s playability, look and tone! I will definitely order from him @ IHOM again!
