Drove just under an hour and it was worth it. Brian was so knowledgeable and helpful. I think Brian felt more guilty of us waiting than we felt bad about it and that speaks volumes on their customer service standard. Being a busy Saturday, one person can do ever so much.
I had taken my cello in to Island Music; because a string popped when I was trying to tune it. The repairman wasn’t there to my chagrin; but in came Brian to help me. He fitted another string, and showed me how to do it; while also correctly positioning the fine tuners and subsequently tuning the cello..
Had a such an easy, and transparent transaction with Brian and Keith despite me being on the other side of the country!! Their communication is spot on, and couldnt pass on such a great deal on the unique Custom 24 with the piezo system!
I was searching all over for a specific bass guitar for a gift. It was out of stock everywhere or not exactly the features that I wanted.....until I came across Island Music Company through a search.
