Wonderful shop and staff. Took 2 guitars here for some minor work. They were very honest about work that didn't need to be done and saved me money doing things they didn't need. They could have just done it and kept my money but didn't and that meant a lot.
Yesterday was my first experience with Ithaca Guitar Works and I couldn’t be happier. I went in to look at a particular guitar and the staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. All my questions were answered there was no pressure to buy. I left with my new Eastman and was given a very fair trade.
I will never be able to say enough good things about this store. Ash… he’s amazing. The deals are great. Customer service and repairs are TOP NOTCH. Quality of the gear and just that “you’re welcome here” feel. I love this place
