From the reviews
I had an excellent experience today at Jack & Dick’s Pawn Shop. The customer service was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. What impressed me the most were the great prices and the quality of the items they had available. I was able to find an iPad in excellent condition for a really good price.
Highly recommend this business! I had the best experience ever at Jack and Dick's pawn shop. My wedding ring lost a stone so I went there to buy a back up ring until I can get mine fixed. Raymond and Marcella were amazing to work with. The genuine experience and care they showed me was outstanding!
I have been doing business with these fine folks for two years now. I have purchased firearms and pawned with them. I stopped by on 1/2/25 to pawn a firearm. They were extremely busy at the time, and I anticipated a wait. No problem for me as I wasn't in any hurry.
Great prices and great staff always make me feel welcomed. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and will continue to do business with them.
Selling or trading gear at Jack & Dick's Pawn Shop
Jack & Dick's Pawn Shop comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
