AMAZING repair job done on my bass by Timothy. I'm from Greensboro and was skeptical on driving all the way to Winston for a bass repair, but boy was it worth it! Will absolutely make the drive again next time I need some work done.
First off, this local shop has, hands down, the best luthier that I have ever encountered. I brought in a heavily damaged 1972 Epiphone and Timothy Corts, restoration king, welcomed the challenge. This guitar held high sentimental value to my wife's family.
I've been shopping at this store for about 15 years and have always had good service. Some employees have more knowledge about particular instruments but everyone has a good basic knowledge of everything in the store. For a smaller store, they have a pretty nice selection of instruments and equipment.
In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, sometimes we forget to say thank you loud enough. I would like to say a very loud thank you to the folks of the Winston Salem Jackson's Music location, and in particular to Timothy the Guitar Tech.
