Stopped by with my wife and son who is interested in playing a bass guitar. We were greeted by Jim (owner) and he immediately directed my son to go and play a bass guitar while my wife and I talked with Jim. He was very professional and it did not seem like we were talking to a car salesman.
Jim was awesome. After reading the reviews and finding out Jaws was close to home I stopped by with my Squire JB for a price on setting it up. When I told him I needed it 9 the next day or would come back next week he immediately said “ Come back at 5 today”. Great value and superb work on my baby.
I’ve been to jaws for guitar repair and custom work to be done at least 3 times in the past year. I’m driving 30 miles to get there because the service is worth it. Jim has a great can-do attitude about everything and completes the work so fast.
Jim quickly and expertly fixed my bowed neck on my Martin guitar. His store was clean and well organized. Although the establishment is located a bit far from my home. I will continue to patronize this shop due to Jims professionalism. I’m more than satisfied!
