Absolutely wonderful experience with Jessup's. We initially worked with Kit who spoke with Milton about joining my engagement band and wedding band. Both were too big for me and the wedding band was almost breaking apart. I posted some before and after pics so you can see the difference.
I stopped in Jessup's today, to inquire about getting a vintage ring sized. I was in from out of town and hopeful to get it done today. Heather was super but didn't think it was possible, understandably because Milton was very busy preparing all their Christmas orders.
I love this store! Have been a customer for years and they have repaired watches and jewelry, changed batteries, etc. I have also bought jewelry here and have never been disappointed. The staff is wonderful. They are professional as well as engaging. They also phone you as soon as your item is ready for pick up.
Had a fantastic experience using Jessup’s gold smith. I was looking for a single small cross for my Helix piercing. After looking through a catalog I found this cross. It was originally a small pendent. The jewelry repair man took off the bail and added a post. PERFECT! Thank you to Jessup’s care and attention!
