Joe was really straightforward about the repairs and was very considerate about my budget. Good to talk to, really approachable, and it’s obvious he loves what he does. Treated my old off-brand guitars like they were high-end Gibsons. Got new strings, and bridge adjustment on my electric.
Joe did a phenomenal job for me on an older model guitar that really needed some adjustments. He put on some new strings and set the action perfectly. He finished the work before the estimated time and for a reasonable price. Plays like a charm, highly recommend this place for any repair issues you may have.
Joe is an amazing luthier and very nice! Took a used guitar in to get setup and he breathed new life into it. Neck and intonation are better than ever. I'm new to the area and feel lucky to have found such a professional, friendly shop. Will be taking all my instrument needs here :)
