I am new to playing the guitar and the acoustic guitar that I am using had very old strings. I asked the employee which strings he would recommend and he gladly helped me pick out a new set of strings AND restrung them for me on the spot. I am in the market for a beginner electric guitar setup.
We've had a great experience renting instruments for our kids here. We returned one after a year because one kid switched to a different instrument that the school happens to have and provides, and the other kid had to size up their string instrument. The whole process was quick and seamless.
Friendly Staff. Only place in 30+ radius with ToneWood Amp I wanted. Part of Old Style Mall from Google Maps address is hard to find, but worth the search!
Consistently consistent customer service throughout the decades. First for me now for my kids. Always knowledgeable and friendly staff thank you so much!
