John is a really great guy who knows his stuff. They develop film, and they sell vintage cameras and lenses. He has a really great selection! He also seeks records, and there was also a large selection of records available.
Im into photography with actual film for a hobby and simce im also a music nerd i think its cool they have a ton of good vintage records next to what looks like a museum of vintage cameras.
Came in just planning on looking around. Ended up leaving with turntable,amp and speakers. Jon was nice enough to spend plenty of time with me in order to make sure everything worked and sounded great. Jon's son actually drove me back to my dorm with all my equipment.
Went in on a recommendation from a woman at a music shop (I think it was Bridge Kaldro Music in Christiansburg) while here on a weekend trip, unfamiliar with the area. Found a camera I haven't seen since I was a small child. Great prices and helpful, knowledgeable staff.
