Excellent service, outstanding, knowledgeable, and talented staff. I brought my violin in to be restrung. The lutheir was pleasant, skilled, and informative. The upgrade was done quickly and thoroughly.
This is a destination shop for young string players looking to rent an instrument. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. They size people appropriately and allow those renting an instrument to try multiple instruments to test out the sound.
I've been a customer at Johnson String Instruments since my son started violin lessons 3 years ago. The front staff are always helpful, courteous, kind and patient. The quality of the instruments and rental policies are exceptional. I highly recommend them!
