I recently had a Conn trombone slide altered so that it fit a Yamaha Custom bell I've had for about 40 years. I couldn't be happier with the conversion that Jake Ishman, the repairman, did for me. It was exactly what I had hoped for in terms of how well the two parts fit and play together.
They are fantastic there. I am renting off them for the first time. The application was easy peezy every stupid question I had was answered without making me feel stupid. While I was waiting for my turn, I was talking with someone who has been renting from them for the last 3yrs, she never had a problem.
