I bought an existing Tuesday-Style guitar from John in June, 2022 and it is already one of my favorites. His work quality is flawless. Importantly, John is thorough, patient, and extremely detail oriented, which is crucial in an Internet transaction. He also stands behind his work without hesitation.
I came across JTal Guitars while looking for a more personal interaction than the big box stores. I got in touch John Tall and he made himself available immediately. All I wanted was to switch out the strings on 2 of my guitars that were sitting in storage for a while.
I purchased one of JTal’s guitars a couple months ago, #20. When it arrived I was simply blown away. It surpassed all my expectations. On top of that JT was reaching out to me along the way and being there if I had any complications or questions along my way. This is JT’s passion.
John brought my vision to life with my custom “Super Saturday” style guitar that he built. John does an incredible job of communicating, and provides valuable insight and guidance during the build process. The customer service with JTAL is second to none.
