It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Troy. Unlike many other guitar stores, Troy makes sure that you really receive a perfectly playable instrument. I bought a Fender Stratocaster Professional 2 from K&S music.
Let me start off by saying Troy, the owner is simply incredible. The time he’s provided and customer service he’s rendered on my guitar purchase is truly exceptional. He took care of me with utmost attention and responsiveness to all the questions and concerns I had.
I just went to K & S this morning and i have to say it went sooo good! I was searching for guitar stores in my area so that i can buy a guitar and found this one. Before i went there i looked on their site to see what guitars they have and theres a very big selection!!!
I bought a guitar from this store around a couple days before Christmas and even though I live in New York I was treated like it I was a regular customer at the store. Troy was incredible, he was very patient and understanding with me. Troy went above and beyond.
