Absolutely wonderful store, wonderful staff, excellent customer service. I’ve known Kevin and Keith Ottenbacher for over 35 years and they simply don’t make better people than the two of them. They are consummate musicians with world class skills on multiple instruments. An absolute gem of a store in the community .
My shy 14 yo wanted to get a guitar, so we came to KO. I wanted something inexpensive in case he didn't like to play, but something that he could use for a while if did end up liking it. They were *amazing* with him. I went outside and let them figure out what was best.
