Everyone who works here is personable and helpful, they know everything they need to know about all things music, which is hugely helpful since I know nothing!
Wanted to give a kudos for your rep Tyler, whom I usually work with when I come to the store. Today I came in with a broken accessory pedal that I had just recently purchased. It was knocked off stage by accident on a gig and slammed into the floor.
I've been going to this store for a little over a year now and have gotten to know some of the people that work there. Everyone is helpful and courteous. Returns are easy. And, one time when I had a problem with a clarinet repair, the store manager made everything right.
I recently had a wonderful experience here. My son inherited a violin from a great grandfather and it needed to be completely restrung and tuned up. I’m clueless about instruments so walked in hoping for a good experience.
