There may be other repair shops around DFW, but Kerry can claim to be the best. He understands vintage instruments and treats ALL work with the same care. I read another comment claiming otherwise, and it just doesnt ring true. He takes his time and you will find knowledgeable staff at many shops recommending him.
I had Kerry remove the Jap pickups from my Fender Geddy Lee model Jazz Bass and replace them with a set of USA made Fender Super 55 split coil pickups. He did a complete set up on it and turned it into a genuine player!! No more noise!! Kerry has my business for all my guitar work. Extremely pleased with his work...
I had a jazz bass setup here. It was super simple, fast, and my bass plays and sounds better than ever before. I've had a setup done at Guitar Center before, and they charged more, took longer, and the setup wasn't decent. I would definitely recommend coming here for repairs and adjustments.
This is the best place to bring your guitar. Kerry Cash has rescued many a guitar for me over the past 25 years. His set-ups are amazing and his re-frets are far better than any factory original.
