I went in to see if they had a capo for classical guitar. Those capos are not alerts in stock other places I’ve went. But sure enough they have em. I like a particular style if classical guitar strap and I’ll be, they had that too. And classical guitar strings as well. I would like a guitar stand.
Wonderful experience! I walked into the store without an appointment and was immediately welcomed by the staff. As an absolute beginner I had a million questions; whether renting an instrument was better than purchasing it, etc.
I am interested in learning either cello or violin. I went in on a recommendation and I am so glad I did. I went in for information and explained that I have never held either instrument, and Sales Manager Patrick Snider said we can do that right now! We sat down with a cello, then tried a violin.
This was my first time at this store buying any sort of instrument. My son just joined band in middle school. From my first contact, I have to say it was a great experience! The woman on the phone, Janet?, was amazing. She took time to answer all my questions and was the #1 reason why I chose to go in.
