It's not very often that you come upon a family run business anymore, that is run by the family, and that has been run by the family for many years. And this family seems to be doing it right. It's such a pleasure to watch pops to pops and the sun's following in his footsteps.
Just purchased a vintage Benge, Unfortunately, it came with a nasty defect that rendered the horn unplayable. I had never experienced such an horn related issue before, so, I was at a loss who to repair it. I took a chance on Kessler & Son and I am so glad I did.
Absolutely fabulous professional shop, as well as the staff. I worked too hard tuning daughter's viola and broke one string at 5pm. Googled this store and went straight to fix it. Staff immediately searched right string and installed it on the instrument. They charged for reasonable, affordable price.
Absolutely the gold standard in the valley for any instrument. I was struggling to find a music shop to work on my flute, and these guys absolutely set me up. The front desk was super knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner ended up checking out my flute himself!
