It's a great place to shop for quality guitars. There's absolutely no pressure to buy, you're left alone to try all the guitars you want, and the knowledgeable staff is always available when you need them. It's a bit "condensed" on the floor area, but organized.
Just left Kevin’s Musicians Superstore with a new guitar. This store has everything musical you could want as well as a super knowledgeable staff. We had an idea what we wanted, but Shane was very patient and offered several suggestions that would have all worked for us. The prices were great too.
First time visiting Kevin's Superstore. Amazing atmosphere. Shane has super CSR skills. Totally reflects what's missing in most retail music stores. Professional ,Knowledgeable , helpful. Knew he was the real deal right away. While there a customer brought a heavy outdoor amp in on a dolly. It wasn't functioning.
