Joe is awesome - he's become my go-to for instrument repair. Always happy with his work!
Called the night before near their closing time because my bass needed repair/maintenance. They squeezed my rig into their morning schedule and did a great job with a tricky German bass. Great customer service, texted me to let me know the repairs were complete and ready for pick up. Thank you very much Kezar Music!
Awesome, went in just to look around. Inquired about a mini amp, they didnt have one...minutes the sales man brought out exactly what i looking for only it was his from years ago. Ended up buy a nice practice amp instead. Just love this place!!
I've purchased two guitars at this establishment in the last four years and it's a really nice music store but you can't even get one free guitar pick, is that asking too much.
Selling or trading gear at Kezar Music Co
Kezar Music Co comes up for buying and trading used gear — confirmed on their own site. Two things make the trip go better. First, bring the whole package: the case or gig bag, the original tremolo arm or bridge parts, the paperwork if you have it — a complete rig is worth real money more than a bare instrument, and it saves the back-and-forth of "can you bring the case in?" Second, know that trade credit almost always beats the cash offer, usually by a healthy margin — if you're upgrading anyway, price your old gear as a trade against the new one before you take cash. Either way, expect the offer to be below what the gear sells for on the wall; the gap is the store's margin for setup, warranty, and sitting on it until the right buyer walks in.
